What You’ll Do
- Write and edit proposals, RFP responses, and product-level documentation
- Research organizations, RFPs, and grants to uncover opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects accurately
- Develop strategies and pitch angles for competitive proposals
- Create presentations, project schedules, and graphics to support proposals
- Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines
What You Need
- 6+ years of proposal writing experience in IT or related fields
- Strong technical writing portfolio (samples required)
- Knowledge of Drupal backend and core (samples required)
- Familiarity with UX changes and responsive design
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or similar tools
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
Nice to Have
- Drupal or WordPress site-building experience
- Hands-on web development skills (HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, APIs, etc.)
- Marketing experience in SEO, design, or branding
- Experience with app proposal responses
