Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday
- Weekend work as needed
- 100% remote after initial 3-month onsite training period (with occasional travel for projects and professional development)
Responsibilities
- Create and execute scaled systems within the Leasing & Collections department
- Achieve occupancy and KPI targets across AFI’s nationwide property portfolio
- Troubleshoot software, staffing, and operational issues impacting leasing and collections
- Train, coach, and lead onsite property teams to achieve performance goals
- Manage marketing strategies to drive positive online ratings and reputation
- Host webinars to train and align onsite teams with departmental strategies
- Travel occasionally to apartment projects and industry events for oversight and development
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams toward common objectives
- Background in marketing or related field strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, leasing, or property management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000 – $54,000 annually
- Performance bonuses: $5,000 – $20,000 annually (operational + horizon bonuses)
- Total compensation potential: $65,000 – $80,000+ annually
