Schedule

  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Remote (U.S.)
  • Travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trustful relationships with clients, prospects, and implementation partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for customers and partners
  • Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and mentor customers in One Inc methodologies
  • Create realistic project estimates and assist with proposal development
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
  • Manage scope, schedule, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to deliver seamless client implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects
  • Extensive project management experience with InsurTech SaaS solutions (P&C preferred)
  • Strong insurance industry business acumen
  • Solid technical background with software/web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, including ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, resources, and risks
  • Skilled in leading workshops, facilitating meetings, and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance industry background
  • Agile SCRUM methodology experience
  • Experience with insurance software or top-tier consulting firms
