What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of federal machine contracts from pre award through closeout
- Review proposals and support post award kickoff meetings
- Coordinate internal teams and external service partners to meet contract requirements
- Manage timelines for machine deliveries, inspections, and maintenance execution
- Ensure forms, documentation, and compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact and source of truth for customers, vendors, and partners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high service satisfaction
- Use Excel and CRM tools to track progress, reporting, and contract performance
What You Need
- Project management experience, ideally with federal operations or regulated contracts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams
- High attention to detail and comfort owning compliance documentation
- Strong Excel skills and experience working in CRM systems
- Organized, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts at once
- Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks

Compensation
