You’ll be responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am – 5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support client management with research and develop customer specific resolutions
- Build, maintain and audit benefits in the system
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts
- Perform structure building, revisions and billing set up
- Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
While this role has serious impact, it’s not easy. Deadlines can be intense and having a keen attention to detail is critical to maintaining workflow and project timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheets)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience, insurance, or medical field., customer service experience.
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $25.63 – $45.72. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.27 – $50.29. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
