SUMMARY
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, including coordinating team members, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met to support the Army Training and Doctrine Command Enterprise Classroom Program in provision of turnkey classroom Sustainment and Technology service.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans and directs highly technical projects, involving all aspects of information resources management with emphasis on audio visual development.
Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates.
Interfaces with Government management personnel, including the CO and COTR.
Reports in writing and orally to Contractor management and Government representatives.
Must be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company.
Manages the integration of all contract tasks and tracks and reviews deliverables.
Demonstrated experience with preparing executive level briefs, summaries, presentations, situation reports, management reports and other high-level communications.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive technical or managerial experience in information resources management; four (4) years supervising and managing of substantive IT/Telecommunications projects; one year managing large and complex projects involving a large number of people in subordinate groups and diverse locations.

Ability to travel to various on-site government project locations.
Proven experience in program management or a related role.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit.
