We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.
Position Highlights:
The Program Coordinator coordinates program activities to include but not limited to logistical support for in-person and online training, budget development, and grant program reporting. This position is required to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Employer Traffic Safety Programs.
What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination:
Prepares presentations or reports on the status of the various programs including the stage of development, budget variance, and completion dates
Coordinate program activities associated with initiatives to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within timelines
Coordinate delivery of materials for training
Coordinate registration and logistical support for webinars and other training
Administration:
Provide the staff with administrative support
Schedule meetings, help with paperwork, and correspondence
Update databases, maintain files, and manage inventory of the program
Assist with grant/program reporting activities
Process invoices/contracts
Track expenses to budget
Serve as compliance control for grant administration
Work with shared service groups to ensure budget compliance
Input data into electronic grant management system(s)
Manage material inventory
Compile grant deliverable reports
Monitor program email and coordinate correspondence
We’re Looking for Someone with:
High school degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in grant administration support
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Agate IntelliGrants Software (e-grants)
Microsoft Office skills
Budget management experience
Calendar coordination
Salary range: $22 to $25 per hour
This is a grant-funded position
This is a remote position
Travel up to 2 times per year for team meetings – additional travel may be required to support program deliverables
