To work as a full time Program Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills with our Augusta, Maine-based team and in support of Efficiency Maine. The Program Coordinator will provide administrative support within the office and programmatic support to the general public, program contractors and other interested stakeholders.

- Accurately enter data associated with high volume of Efficiency Maine rebate claim requests
- Maintain and organize both paper and electronic documentation associated rebate claims.
- Print out and organize incoming paperwork.
- Communicate with homeowners and contractors on as-needed basis to resolve various rebate processing-related issues (incomplete requests, non-compliance with program guidelines, etc.)
- Provide programmatic information and support to the general public and program contractors regarding current program guidelines, incentives and requirements.
- Maintain information on program contractors including documentation related to meeting insurance requirements, proper certification, and proper completion of the program participation agreement.
- Identify risks and problems with, and/or opportunities to improve current processes and procedures.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Answer and route incoming calls using VoIP system
In addition, you will have…
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- The ability to utilize database and tracking systems
- Education and/or work experience in business and/or finance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen and understand concerns about program operations and to suggest solutions
- The ability to work both independently and within a team, and to take initiative without losing focus on highest priorities
- An ability to foster a cooperative work environment
