At MasterClass, creating world-class content is at the heart of all we do. The Content Operations team sits at the center of managing all our class development processes, driving cross-functional operations and communications, and serving as trusted thought partners and collaborators across the company.
We’re looking for a Program Coordinator who’s ready to be an outstanding organizer and empathetic problem solver to help support our processes for making new classes come to life at MasterClass!
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Content team to manage, track, and force-multiply the output of our core class development processes
- Gather and analyze feedback on Content team workflows to identify opportunities for improving productivity and/or collaboration
- Support day-to-day operational processes for creating new classes at MasterClass, tracking progress on critical milestones, reporting issues, and resolving blockers along the way
- Organize and upkeep critical class lifecycle information across key internal tools, trackers, and timelines to enable productivity, visibility, and seamless integration for our cross-functional partner workflows
About You:
- Radical Ownership: you have a deep sense of responsibility for the team’s success, are self-motivated, and hold yourself to a high standard of character and achievement. No task is too small, and no task is too big!
- Master Communicator: you have superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills
- Methodical: you find joy in breaking down problems, adding structure to ambiguity, and organizing systems for productivity (bonus points if you’ve ever been teased as the Notion guru or Google Sheets wizard among your peers!)
- Energetic & Growth Oriented: you’re eager to learn and unafraid to step outside your comfort zone. You actively strive for personal and professional growth, and are ready to work with a team equally invested in helping you achieve your goals!
- Passionate about MasterClass: our mission, values, and product resonate with the person you wish to become and the impact you wish to leave on the world
- Recent grad or up to 3 years of relevant experience working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Prior experience working in the following industries or environments a plus, but not required: creative industries, agency experience, executive assistance, education, management consulting, consumer-facing tech, media/entertainment company
- Prior experience working in a project management, program management, or similar role a plus, but not required

The salary range listed is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
MasterClass’s salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to salary, we also offer equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and more). The range listed is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
