We are looking for a temporary Coordinator to bolster our Lean In Programs team and advance the global impact of Lean In’s initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, promptly responding to queries via email.
- Develop macros for quick responses to common queries and escalate high-priority items.
- Coordinate and schedule quarterly Zoom calls and public-facing Lean In trainings.
- Collect and update metrics post-training sessions.
- Manage the processing of Network Leader expenses year-round.
- Maintain and update an external database with operational information.
- Distribute and track Network Leaders Program (NLP) Agreements via Docusign.
- Assist in data transfer from Excel to Hubspot for ongoing tracking (as needed).
- Approve weekly requests to join the Circle Leader Facebook group.
- Assist SVP with scheduling external meetings.
What You Will Bring
- Prior experience supporting externally facing teams.
- Experience with event planning and conference organizing is a plus!
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar) and familiarity with Slack.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Hubspot, and Zendesk is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
What We Will Offer You
- The base salary range for this role varies depending on a candidate’s location which is categorized into one of two bands. National Band: $54,000-$61,000. Bay Area/New York Metro Band: $60,000-$68,000.
- The actual base salary within the applicable market range may also vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Important Information
- This is a full-time, time-limited, exempt position with an anticipated duration of 12-18 months.
- While we are a remote-first organization and work schedules are flexible, team-wide meetings are often held between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Pacific Time.
