Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
  • Flexibility to work from home or in-office near an EverCommerce location
  • Occasional travel may be required to Denver, CO or other offices

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Take ownership of reported problems, ensuring resolution and customer confirmation
  • Train clients to improve end-user software skills
  • Escalate unresolved issues using standard procedures
  • Stay current on all Service Fusion products and consistently meet performance metrics
  • Collaborate with peers and clients on projects and improvements

What You Need

  • At least 1 year of customer service or technical support (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills, with knowledge of web applications and mobile apps
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, chat)
  • Experience with office administration, spreadsheets, reporting, and data entry
  • QuickBooks and Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
