Schedule

  • Remote across the U.S. or Canada (no sponsorship available in either country)
  • Work with cross-functional teams; West Coast applicants welcome
  • Phone, email, chat, and ticketing system support (Tier 1)

What You’ll Do

  • Field Tier 1 inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets across multiple products
  • Troubleshoot SaaS issues and implement practical, customer-ready solutions
  • Identify, document, and escalate bugs to engineering as needed
  • Contribute articles to FAQs/Help Center and internal documentation
  • Own cases end-to-end with clear updates and timely follow-through
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, Success, and Engineering to improve processes

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven SaaS troubleshooting chops; strong product intuition and judgment
  • Experience in high-volume support or customer service (B2B a plus)
  • Fast learner with solid research, analysis, and technical writing skills
  • Clear, concise communicator who can prioritize and multi-task under pressure
  • Growth mindset; calm, empathetic problem-solver
  • Nice to have: startup support background, Zendesk, or green-industry familiarity
