What You’ll Do
- Lead design for new features and enhancements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery
- Facilitate design sprints and workshops to generate, test, and refine ideas
- Champion user needs through ongoing feedback, testing, and advocacy
- Apply SaaS and Fintech design best practices to data-heavy, compliance-sensitive interfaces
- Incorporate accessibility standards (WCAG) and AI-driven design approaches into product solutions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Seasoned product design experience with SaaS products, preferably in Fintech
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with Figma (primary), high-level prototyping, and other design tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles for developer collaboration
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and human-AI interaction design
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
