Schedule

  • Remote role based in the U.S.
  • Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI, WV, WY.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound communications from customers and stores (calls, questions, requests, and issues).
  • Process applications and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle high-volume applications back-to-back while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Maintain a solution-seeking attitude and provide above-and-beyond customer service.
  • Keep up-to-date on lender requirements and financing knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Time management and prioritization skills for high-volume tasks.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems or processes as needed.
  • Basic math skills for calculations and reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
