Schedule
- Full time, remote role based in the United States
- At least 50 percent travel to client sites, depending on where you and your clients are located
- Standard weekday business hours, adjusted around client needs and engagements
What You’ll Do
- Translate client business requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation plans
- Conduct current state assessments, including standard operating procedures and process mapping
- Partner with Process Engineers and consulting teams to define end-to-end solutions, product vision, roadmaps, and future state process flows
- Provide ongoing technical and operational guidance throughout each client engagement
- Design implementation strategies and stakeholder communication plans tailored to client use cases
- Create end user training and change management plans that support adoption and long term usage
- Build sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs for steady-state operations
- Support feedback loops that continuously improve performance, value creation, and platform stability
What You Need
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design
- Background in consulting, client delivery, or operational environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with healthcare platforms such as EHR, RCM, or ERP is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50 percent of the time
Benefits
- Base pay range of 145,000.00 to 194,785.02 dollars per year, depending on experience, skills, and location
- Eligibility for an annual bonus plan with a 10 percent target
