What You’ll Do
- Via phone or email, provide excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with the product
- Proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience so they are happy with their purchase
- Support the department and team leads with operational projects
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills
- Computer navigation and telephone skills
- Typing skills
- Able to problem solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
- Able to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer and Morley objectives
- Have a strong work ethic, an ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Able to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
- Have a full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines
Eligibility Requirements
- One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
- Degree in relevant or related field

- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
