Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote position (Eastern Standard Time preferred)
- Must have a private, confidential workspace
- Reports to the Director, Medical Affairs Implementations
Responsibilities
- Manage initial and reappointment privileging processes to ensure timely approvals and avoid lapses
- Maintain accurate privileging application status in the credentialing database
- Identify and escalate issues requiring further evaluation
- Build and maintain relationships with partner sites; attend partner site meetings
- Respond to inquiries from clinicians, facilities, and internal teams on privileging matters
- Serve as the point of escalation for privileging issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical staff or managed care credentialing
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards
- CPCS or CPMSM certification by NAMSS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and meet strict deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, credentialing software, and data entry systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $25–$32/hour (final offer based on experience, education, and skills)
