Schedule
- Full-time, steady role with no set end date
- Training: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm CST (100% attendance required)
- Production: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–8:00pm CST
- No weekends, remote U.S. based
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries on medication prior authorization requests and provide status updates
- Review provider documentation and enter data accurately into systems
- Contact healthcare providers to gather missing or additional information
- Deliver clear communication while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Support compliance with company and healthcare industry standards
What You Need
- 1+ year healthcare, claims, or medical administrative experience
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong computer/data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with medical and healthcare terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently or in a team
- Must provide own 19″ monitor (or larger) with VGA/HDMI port, wired mouse, ethernet cable, and reliable hardwired internet (25mbps down / 10mbps up minimum)
- Preferred: prior experience processing medication prior authorizations

- $16/hr during training and nesting, $16.50/hr in production
- Earn up to $2/hr in bonuses during training/nesting based on performance
