Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)

Compensation
- $22.00 – $29.98 per hour
- Eligible for annual bonus program
Responsibilities
- Process premium payments for Benefits Division policyholders with accuracy and same-day turnaround
- Review and reconcile premium reports, resolving discrepancies or variances
- Perform banking functions as required
- Support premium analysts by gathering information, allocating premium by request, and documenting group files
- Provide customer service internally and externally via email, phone, and research support
- Assist with billing statements, financial reporting, and meeting service-level agreements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle basic accounting tasks, reconciliations, and research to resolve variances
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read and understand policy contracts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both internal teams and external clients
