Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
- Paid training provided
- High call volume environment (primarily inbound)
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 200 inbound calls daily from prospects and third-party partners
- Create a positive first impression of SelectQuote with an energetic, professional phone presence
- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed insurance agents
- Communicate SelectQuote’s value proposition and educate customers on our 20+ A-Rated carrier shopping platform
- Follow call scripts, screen clients, and handle objections to ensure smooth transfers
- Achieve and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and key performance indicators
- Apply coaching feedback and contribute to a performance-driven, competitive team culture
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call center, sales, or performance-based client-facing experience within the last 2 years strongly preferred
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive personality with a drive to meet goals and overcome objections
- Proficiency with technology, software, and phone systems
- Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
- Hardwired high-speed internet (20 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum)
Compensation
- Base salary: $38,000 – $46,000 annually
