Schedule

- Operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone to support East Coast borrowers
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service by guiding borrowers through loan programs, costs, and documentation
- Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation; run DU for loan stability
- Review disclosure packages and deliver rate/re-disclosure documents to borrowers
- Manage pipeline of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage loans
- Ensure loan structures align with borrower financial needs
- Pre-underwrite items to support loan approval (paystubs, W2s, bank statements, credit reports, court orders, etc.)
- Identify and resolve missing documentation to strengthen approval packages
- Input disclosures and set up loans to best fit borrower’s needs
- Communicate loan programs and costs (requires license for this duty)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing preferred
- Experience with Encompass LOS strongly preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage/consumer regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
- Excellent math, analytics, and communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
Compensation
- $20.00 – $26.00 hourly
- Eligible for per-file bonus
