What You’ll Do
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately and on time
- Manage ERA, EFT, and lockbox transactions in compliance with regulations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment records
- Support revenue cycle, billing, and collections teams with posting issues
- Maintain documentation and generate reports for reimbursement analysis
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in payment posting with knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
- Proficiency with ERA, EFT, and lockbox operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing/revenue cycle software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in a remote team setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
