Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO) across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to drive customer segmentation, data flow, and integration with other tools
  • Design and execute automated multi-channel campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform MarTech strategy and roadmap
  • Establish KPIs and report performance outcomes to senior leadership
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and data security standards
  • Stay current on MarTech trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience managing AEP and AJO in enterprise-level environments
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey orchestration
  • Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to integrate Adobe tools with other platforms and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in MarTech or advertising technology roles
  • Adobe certifications (AEP or AJO)
  • Background in media and entertainment industry
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually (depending on experience and location)
  • Annual performance-based bonus up to 10% of base pay
