Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Make 200–300 outbound cold calls daily using an autodialer
- Handle inbound calls via an automated dialer system
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects
- Generate interest, qualify small-to-medium business owners, and determine right-sized solutions
- Accurately gather and document client information
What You Need
- 1+ years in inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, or SaaS
- Remote/work-from-home experience (1+ year)
- SEO or Google Ads experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and rapport-building skills
- Technical proficiency with G Suite and virtual communication tools
- Experience with Vicidial, Paylocity, Zoiper, or VPN a plus
- Professional, driven, and goal-oriented demeanor
Technical Requirements
- Ethernet connection (wired) required
- Reliable high-speed internet (fiber preferred)
- Windows-based PC with webcam, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Ability to multitask between multiple tabs and use hotkeys

- Base hourly rate: $6–$15 DOE
- On-target earnings: $25,000–$40,000 annually
