- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to offer information to assist patients in understanding how to properly take their prescribed medications
- Efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment to meet goals
- Must possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills
