Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, weekends off
- Must reside in Pennsylvania

What You’ll Do
- Communicate the benefits of generic or alternative therapy options to patients.
- Conduct outreach to support medication adherence and therapy compliance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients, clients, and healthcare providers.
- Provide education on insurance, benefits, and therapy requirements.
- Collaborate with the Specialty Projects Team on generic conversions and therapy changes.
- Escalate complex issues to pharmacists when appropriate.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 1+ year of customer service experience resolving needs over the phone.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle patient conversations and system navigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a high-volume call center.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar applications.
