Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Reports to Sr. Director of PBM Operations
- Flexible scheduling options available
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, electronic, and written correspondence on pharmacy benefit inquiries
- Assist providers and members with claim adjudication, benefit details, and utilization management
- Support network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and review for accuracy
- Document calls and resolutions clearly and accurately in call tracking systems
- Advocate for customers in problem resolution, ensuring timely follow-through
- Collaborate with teammates to foster teamwork, respect, and diversity
- Perform additional duties and special projects as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA required)
- 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, stay detail-oriented, and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
Compensation
- $21 – $22 per hour
- Pay may vary based on location and experience
