As a Personal Risk Account Coordinator, you’ll play a vital support role within the Service Center, assisting Account Managers and Executives during the annual renewal process.

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote
- Base salary: $32,000–$50,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location)
- May be eligible for performance-based incentives
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers/Executives by preparing annual review coverage summaries and premium comparisons
- Create and process detailed Annual Reviews using Excel templates
- Maintain suspense files (electronic and manual) to track correspondence, documents, and follow-ups
- Complete Annual Review requests in EPIC promptly, ensuring compliance with service standards
- Manage EPIC Home Screen activities daily to stay on top of tasks
- Monitor and process items in PRSC inboxes efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support during peak workloads
- Assist with departmental projects and special initiatives
- Complete all internal training modules and support training efforts when assigned

- Comfort working with workflow systems (EPIC experience a plus)
