Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Remote within the United States
What You’ll Do
- Gather, organize, and analyze performance data to identify trends and insights
- Track service metrics such as rate and speed to uncover drivers of success
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in MetaBase (or similar BI tools)
- Monitor customer behavior and performance, especially for top enterprise accounts
- Partner with Solutions Architect and internal teams to align services with customer goals
- Help design and measure initiatives that improve service outcomes and efficiency
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
What You Need
- Experience in performance analysis, operations, or a data-focused role
- Knowledge of ABC Legal’s services and enterprise customer needs (preferred)
- Strong understanding of service and performance metrics
- Skilled in MetaBase or similar BI/analytics platforms
- Analytical thinker who translates data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
