What You’ll Do

Media Planning & Optimization

  • Lead top-of-funnel media channels (CTV, podcast, influencer, radio, OOH, direct mail)
  • Guide agency planning, pacing, placement quality, and creative testing
  • Provide creative briefs grounded in audience, funnel stage, and campaign intent
  • Coordinate timelines, specs, and deliverables across integrated campaigns

Measurement & Tracking

  • Build measurement frameworks and define channel success criteria
  • Ensure clean tracking: UTMs, pixels, call tracking, landing pages
  • Connect TOFU results to lower-funnel metrics and CAC outcomes
  • Manage performance dashboards and reporting cadence

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Serve as primary partner to external media agencies
  • Negotiate improvements, review plans, and evaluate new platforms
  • Ensure every dollar delivers learnings and growth impact

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work with Integrated Marketing & Creative to shape briefs and messaging
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and compliance teams for accuracy and attribution

What You Need

  • 5–7+ years in performance or growth marketing
  • Deep experience across paid media — traditional + digital channels
  • Strong track record managing agencies and budget accountability
  • Fluency in attribution + tracking (UTMs, GA4, pixels, call tracking)
  • Ability to analyze data, shape narratives, and present insights clearly
  • Collaborative, proactive, and organized with strong execution bias

Bonus

  • Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or attribution modeling
