We are a remote first, B2B Global Software company headquartered in the Boston (USA) area, developing the most unique and patented AI/ML Software to optimize the performance of Battery Packs across a wide range of industries. Initially, we are focusing on deploying our technology in the Automotive sector worldwide, commercial and passenger electric vehicles, with future growth opportunities from other sectors in Aerospace, Robotics, Grids and others.

We have recently completed our Series A and are now building the organization to develop and deliver to our customers and their overwhelming demand for our technology. Our team is rapidly growing and that is why we need you!

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Assistant to handle full cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, HR social media posts and other HR administrative projects and duties. You will be responsible for working with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, posting job openings online, reviewing rsums, screening potential candidates, setting up interviews, sending offer letters and onboarding new employees. You will be the face of Electra Vehicles to all candidates!

To be successful in this role, you have to be comfortable working remotely, have a strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and the desire to learn. Our flexible, and fast paced start-up requires employees to adapt quickly and take on several high priority responsibilities. We will encourage you to fully participate in all aspects of the team’s projects and there is always the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as your skills grow.
