What You’ll Do

As our People Operations Coordinator/Generalist, you will have a direct impact on creating a phenomenal and seamless experience for our current and future team members. This role is critical to the success of our organization, as you’ll be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Talent Acquisition

  • You’ll have a direct impact on creating a phenomenal and seamless experience for our wonderful candidates by
    • Using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) you will walk candidates through each stage in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, so excellent oral and written communication skills are something with which you excel!
    • Provide status updates on a weekly basis hiring managers
    • You’ll also make a huge impact by sending out assessments, candidate surveys, and other pertinent forms.
    • Be the first introduction to Corvee by conducting Prescreen interviews as needed
    • Conduct direct outreach to sourced candidates
  • Coordinate New Hire Experience (e.g. welcome emails, I9s, benefit enrollment, onboarding, training, etc.)
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, provide solutions to address

Coordinator/Generalist

  • Process employee lifecycle change requests in all HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance of employee data and files through periodic review and audit
  • Understand the overall organization and provide support for basic HR questions, triaging as necessary, and guiding team members to appropriate resources as needed
  • Help build and maintain the People team drive and ensure all documents are up to date and current – work with relevant stakeholders to update when necessary
  • Assist with 90-day and 360 review administration
  • Collaborates, assists, administers recognition programs (HeyTaco, etc.) and engagement activities (team lunches, Donut meetings, etc.)
  • Manage the Corvee alumni process, including scheduling exit interviews
  • Operate with a mindset of continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our processes and procedures in a hybrid work environment
  • Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across the People team as needed

What You Need to Get the Job Done

To be successful here at Corvee, you should possess the following:

  • Comparable past performance in a fast-paced SaaS organization in an HR capacity.
  • 2+ years work experience in an HR type role
  • You share our values, and work in accordance with those values as it relates to our mission and vision – and you want to be a part of our long-term growth!
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
  • You thrive on organization and attention to detail; this role requires the ability to follow specific processes and steps within specific timeframes
  • You love a process, but also understand that there will be outlier cases that don’t fit perfectly inside a box and are willing to be agile
  • You have a strong sense of urgency and are able to execute quickly and efficiently while managing competing priorities
  • You have a can do attitude and are willing to both teach and learn from team members to ensure knowledge is dispersed across the team for proper coverage
  • You’re excited to get broad exposure to various People functions, and to contribute to the ongoing improvement and evolution of our systems
