What will you do?
The People & Culture Coordinator aids with and facilitates administrative processes for the People & Culture team, including record-keeping, digital file maintenance, and HRIS entry. This position coordinates and resolves People & Culture concerns via the defined ticketing system.
Location:
100% Remote; Must be based in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with onboarding and off-boarding functions.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Assists with responding to employee requests via the People & Culture ticket system.
- Coordinates open enrollment working in conjunction with People & Culture Operations Manager.
- Assists People & Culture Operations Manager with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Executes tasks in accordance with People & Culture calendar of events.
- Serves as a backup Talent and Acquisition Coordinator.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related experience are required.
