Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, code entries, reconcile statements, issue payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices, monitor aging, follow up on overdue accounts, process payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing as required by client engagements.
- Cash Flow Management: Support cash flow projections, optimize balances, and provide updates on receivables and payables.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, analyze A/P and A/R trends, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Process Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities, implement best practices, and support system upgrades.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams while providing excellent client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in A/P, A/R, payroll, or related finance roles
- Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Experience in client-facing or consulting roles is a plus
