Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a respected client in the Greater Boston area looking for a Payroll Specialist to join its team. This role is 100% REMOTE and open to out of state candidates. The role will report into a great Payroll Manager.
Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist with 2+ years of experience, and experience within a company of at least 1000 employees. Any prior experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred. Multi-State payroll is required. An FPC distinction is a plus.
For the right candidate our client is offering the Payroll Specialist a starting salary up to $65,000. There are very competitive benefits too.
Requirements
– 3+ years of payroll experience
– Background in garnishments, various withholdings, and processing liens
– Command of Multi-state Payroll
– Solid understanding of payroll for over 500 employees
– Full Cycle Payroll experience preferred
– Deep understanding of ADP Workforce Now
– CPP or FPC preferred
– Experience in working with HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets
