Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
  • Salary range: $95,000 – $100,000/year (final offer depends on skills, experience, and location)
  • Occasional after-hours support required

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end change control processes within the payment system environment
  • Manage merchant onboarding and ensure timely, accurate account setup
  • Develop onboarding project plans, track milestones, and eliminate blockers
  • Prepare and deliver training, user guides, FAQs, and documentation for onboarding and change management functions
  • Serve as escalation point for team members and provide guidance, coaching, and support
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction standards
  • Conduct audits, analyze issues, and implement process improvements to prevent operational errors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client processing configuration issues
  • Collaborate with internal partners to eliminate blockers and drive efficiency
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with team members to support growth and performance

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in payment processing, merchant onboarding, or related financial technology role
  • 3–5 years of management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and JIRA (required)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge and improve existing processes
