Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
- Salary range: $95,000 – $100,000/year (final offer depends on skills, experience, and location)
- Occasional after-hours support required
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end change control processes within the payment system environment
- Manage merchant onboarding and ensure timely, accurate account setup
- Develop onboarding project plans, track milestones, and eliminate blockers
- Prepare and deliver training, user guides, FAQs, and documentation for onboarding and change management functions
- Serve as escalation point for team members and provide guidance, coaching, and support
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction standards
- Conduct audits, analyze issues, and implement process improvements to prevent operational errors
- Troubleshoot and resolve client processing configuration issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to eliminate blockers and drive efficiency
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones with team members to support growth and performance
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in payment processing, merchant onboarding, or related financial technology role
- 3–5 years of management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and JIRA (required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge and improve existing processes
