- Availability during nights/weekends required for urgent fraud or payment issues
What You’ll Do
- Review and process player withdrawals via PayPal, Paysafe, Worldpay, PayNearMe, and other platforms
- Monitor cash balances, reconcile accounts, and manage chargeback cases
- Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve failed transactions
- Track fraud alerts and identify suspicious patterns of activity
- Collaborate with Product to refine fraud rules and strategies
- Report on key fraud and payment metrics for leadership teams
- Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate new payment features
- Drive overall payment and fraud strategy, including tools and policy design
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in payments and/or fraud operations (DFS or iGaming strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, chargeback procedures, and regulated environments
- Strong familiarity with payment tools (PayPal, Paysafe/Netbanx, Worldpay, PayNearMe, Xpoint, Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience managing vendors and analyzing fraud KPIs
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent issues
