Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position (US)
- Full-time, hourly role
- Rate: $30 per hour
- Participation in rotating on-call schedule required
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve daily fraud exception cases, prioritizing by risk level
- Monitor transactions and escalate unusual or high-risk activity
- Collaborate with partner institutions to remediate fraud and recover funds
- Maintain reports on fraud trends and events to inform best practices
- Stay up to date on industry fraud trends, compliance, and regulations
- Assist with compliance and risk management projects as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients, banking partners, and vendors
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; OR 3+ years in payments, AML, or risk management
- Proven experience in banking, insurance, or payments risk/compliance preferred
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
