- Full-time, remote position (nationwide U.S.)
- Eastern Time Zone schedule
What You’ll Do
- Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services
- Investigate and resolve matters escalated from Client Success teams on behalf of clients
- Research and complete special posting projects as requested
- Assist with departmental training and auditing tasks
- Provide process improvement feedback to leadership
- Support timely, accurate completion of posting operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience posting insurance payments in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year of experience in an escalation or lead role (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) (preferred)
- Knowledge of payer types, insurance policies, and EOB interpretation
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with professionalism across diverse personalities
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database software
- Basic math skills, 10-key entry, and standard office technology experience
