Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (nationwide U.S.)
- Standard Eastern Time hours
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve payment posting escalations from internal teams and client services
- Investigate and resolve client escalations in partnership with Client Success
- Research and complete special posting projects as assigned
- Assist with departmental training and audits
- Provide process improvement feedback to leadership
- Document and communicate findings clearly and professionally
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience posting insurance payments in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year in an escalation or lead role in payment posting (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements (preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance payer types and reimbursement processes
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database systems
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math, 10-key, and computer skills
