What You’ll Do
- Review, post, and reconcile insurance and patient payments with accuracy
- Resolve ERA errors, upload payment files, and process bank deposits
- Perform adjustments, billing corrections, and ledger audits
- Support AR tasks including claim follow-ups, appeals, and account analysis
- Assist with month-end reconciliation and closing
What You Need
- Experience with payment posting, adjustments, and refunds
- Knowledge of medical billing, payer policies, and terminology
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior AR/medical billing experience preferred
