Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
  • Salary range: $26 – $30/hour (final offer based on skills, experience, and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors related to Payment Operations
  • Collect underwriting documents from clients and ensure completeness for onboarding
  • Coordinate with project managers to guide merchant onboarding and resolve blockers
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and provide timely updates
  • Accurately perform merchant setup processes, ensuring correct configuration for each merchant
  • Maintain updated and accurate documentation in merchant files daily
  • Research and resolve merchant inquiries independently
  • Lead resolution of merchant setup or configuration issues, proactively preventing future problems
  • Develop, maintain, and update reports to assist partners and internal teams
  • Support due diligence reviews, reporting, and compliance requirements

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert-level Excel skills highly desired
  • Experience with project management frameworks
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in high-volume environments
  • Strong customer service focus, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA preferred
  • Prior payments industry or merchant services experience is a plus
