Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position
- Full-time, hourly role
- Pay range: $26–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
- Collect and coordinate documentation for merchant onboarding and underwriting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banking partners, and vendors
- Monitor onboarding tasks and resolve issues with project managers and clients
- Conduct due diligence reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of applications
- Perform merchant setup processes and update files to ensure proper documentation
- Maintain reports to track onboarding progress and payment operations tasks
- Troubleshoot merchant inquiries and provide resolutions quickly and professionally
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior onboarding, insurance, or merchant services experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (expert level Excel highly valued)
- Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem solve independently
