Schedule
- Full-time, hourly position (non-exempt)
- Remote role, based in the U.S.
- $26–$30 per hour (final offer based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and underwriting documentation.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and eliminate blockers.
- Accurately process merchant setup and maintain detailed files.
- Assist with due diligence reviews and application accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide investigative support, resolve merchant inquiries, and address configuration issues.
- Maintain reports and documentation for Payment Operations.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist or similar role (insurance/merchant services experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert-level Excel strongly desired.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
