What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily activities of the payment integrity team, including audits and appeals
- Provide guidance on clinical, coding, and payer policy questions
- Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure quality and compliance
What You Need
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current RN license and coding certification (CCS, CIC, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of acute care clinical experience and 2+ years in medical claims auditing
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
