Support healthcare providers and patients by ensuring smooth payer enrollment and credentialing. In this role, you’ll manage enrollments, revalidations, and claim follow-ups while building strong client relationships and representing Digitech with professionalism.

Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote position
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on client needs
What You’ll Do
- Manage payer enrollments, revalidations, eligibility checks, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding of new clients and act as their main point of contact
- Resolve claim submission and implementation issues across billing systems
- Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and internal teams
- Navigate software systems, run reports, and assist with billing inquiries
What You Need
- EMS or medical terminology experience preferred
- Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) with ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and effectively
