Schedule

  • Position type: Full-time
  • Location: 100% remote (U.S.-based)
  • Typical hours: Standard business hours (aligned with internal teams and client needs)

Responsibilities

  • Manage payer enrollments and revalidations, ensuring all are completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on claim submission issues, ERA retrieval, and eligibility issues to keep revenue flowing smoothly.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including payer setup and enrollment coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with implementation questions and billing-related inquiries.
  • Navigate Digitech’s software to:
    • Run reports
    • Review payment posting details
    • Pull up and review individual claims
  • Collaborate closely with project management, client relations, and billing teams to resolve issues and support client success.
  • Track, organize, and regularly report on project status and progress across multiple clients and priorities.

Requirements

  • Preferred: EMS experience and/or familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems is strongly preferred.
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software systems, understand workflows, and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Professional, calm phone presence with the ability to represent the company well with clients and partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain information and solutions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-through.
