- 100% remote (US-based)
What You’ll Do
- Submit payer credentialing applications for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers in Tennessee, Florida, and Texas
- Track application status and communicate timelines and effective dates with internal stakeholders
- Complete re-credentialing processes for existing providers as required
- Manage CAQH profiles, ensuring attestations every 120 days and documents are current
- Maintain state-specific provider databases, monitoring license, DEA, and board certification expirations
- Review and update health plan directories to ensure accuracy
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- Experience with payer platforms such as CAQH, Availity, PECOS, TennCare, AHCA, or TMHP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination
