Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT
- No weekend work required
- Weekly pay
- $16/hr. during training & nesting, $16.50/hr. in production
- Bonus opportunities: earn up to $18/hr. with performance incentives
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and update medical records
- Process referrals, prescription renewals, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Communicate updates and escalate issues when needed
- Upload and organize patient documents accurately
- Provide reliable, professional support as the link between patients and providers
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center customer service experience
- Stable job history (at least one year per role)
- Clear communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging patients
- Private, secure home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Preferred
- High call volume handling experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC a plus)
- Appointment scheduling background
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Dual monitor setup
