Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Required shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
- Stable high-speed internet required; wifi speed test needed before interview
What You’ll Do
- Support patients via phone, email, and chat with questions, scheduling, and device troubleshooting
- Educate patients on Cadence technology to maximize usage and health outcomes
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm resolution, gather feedback, and encourage retention
- Escalate clinical issues to care delivery teams promptly and appropriately
- Assist clinicians with administrative support and patient engagement tasks
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in customer-facing healthcare roles (advocacy, insurance, or health systems)
- Multi-channel help desk experience; Zendesk knowledge a plus
- Familiarity with Medicare patients preferred
- Strong problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills
- Remote work experience and ability to thrive in a metrics-driven role
Pay
- $20–$22 per hour, plus quarterly incentives
